Holiday Fish was established in 1972 by an old lady in Oakland Ca. as a way to share her love through her food. Celebrated as "one of the oldest soul food cafe's" in the Bay Area, Holiday Fish has survived decades of change while remaining a fixture for delicious food in the East Bay.
The cafe is now under 3rd generation management, celebrating our 38th year! Daily operations are run by the grandchildren of the old lady who work hard to keep Holiday Fish a thriving neighborhood cafe dedicated to community outreach, service and the simple quality that we all desire: Classic Southern Comfort Food. Those we serve and the neighborhood in which we operate are an extension of our family. It is our true joy to support appetites and please taste buds.
